We have a book and its easy to follow along. (You can download a pdf of the first part here and the second part here) Then we have a guided loving-kindness meditation and some silent meditation. Wednesday EVENING Guided Meditation 6:00 -7:00 pm Quiet Meditation 7:00 - 7:30 pm Q & A 7:30 - 8:00 pm Language - English Where: 1 Androkleous Street Cost: Free Join with the monks at Great Cloud Buddhist Monastery for a quiet meditation. We will start with a guided loving-kindness meditation and continue to meditate silently together. We have chairs and cushions, but feel free to bring your own.
