Is there a dress code?
No. Wear what is comfortable for you.
Is there a charge for activities?
No. All of our events and activities are completely free.
Can I sit on a chair?
Absolutely. We also have stools and cushions. Feel free to bring your own if you like.
Can I bring my kids
We are a family friendly place. While there are some activities specifically for young people, parents can decide what other events are suitable for their children. 
What is Sinhala? What is Pali?
Sinhala is one of the languages spoken in Sri Lanka. A few of our programs are conducted in Sinhala. These are clearly marked.

Pali is the ancient language that our scriptures were originally written in. We usually do chanting in Pali and English for the English programs so people can understand what is being chanted. You can download our devotional chanting service on the Resources page.

Can I drop by any time?
We recommend that you contact us before coming by to make sure someone is here to greet you. But if you are in the neighbourhood, feel free to stop in.
Is the public welcome to attend?
Absolutely. That's why we are here. Anyone interested in learning is welcome. No need to join. No need to register.
What language are the classes taught in?
All of the activities posted on our website are conducted in English.
DO I NEED PRIOR MEDITATION EXPERIENCES?
​​NO. YOU DO NOT NEED PRIOR EXPERIENCE TO MEDITATE WITH US. NEWBIES ARE WELCOME.
​CAN I STAY OVERNIGHT AT THE CENTRE? 
UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE GUESTS AT THE CENTRE.
